With special access, visit the Colosseum, the giant amphitheater once used for gladiatorial games and public spectacles and known as the largest building ever built in the Roman Empire. Continue through the Roman Forum, walking along the pavement of the original Roman grid as you move through the ruins. Along the way, admire key sights including the Temple of Vesta, Basilica Julia, and the Arch of Constantine. The tour also includes Palatine Hill as part of this focused Ancient Rome experience.

Stops include the town of Amalfi (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), where you can explore its streets and visit St. Andrew’s Cathedral, then continue to Ravello, known for its outstanding views and splendid gardens.
