Upon arrival at airport in New Zealand, you will be warmly met by a representative, who will provide assistance and transfer to your accommodation to check-in.

Activities:

• Remainder of the day at leisure to explore the ‘City of Sails’ independently. You may wish to join a coach tour of the city or out to the black sand beaches of West Auckland, sail on the sparkling waters of the harbour in a yacht which previously raced in the America’s Cup, join a small group walking tour that explores the Maori cultural side of the city, ride the SkyTower for panoramic views across both harbours, visit the Museum with its interesting Maori and Pacific Island Court, wander through the boutique shops of picturesque Parnell Village or the quaint seaside suburb of Devonport with its cafes, studios and galleries (available at extra cost).

Overnight: Auckland

Activities:

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• 10.00 am Depart Auckland by Fullers Ferry and cruise across the sparkling waters of the Waitemata Harbour to Waiheke Island arriving at 10.35am.
• On arrival join a guided tour, you’ll see Waiheke’s most stunning coastal vistas, as well some of the island’s hottest properties; pass beautiful hillside vineyards, look down on sweeping sandy beaches and get a real insider view of island life.
• You’ll enjoy a day of wine and olive tasting at 3 vineyards and an olive grove, plus have the chance to indulge in locally produced foods such as mouth watering preserves and world class olive oils. Tour includes a light lunch.
• When the tour is over take advantage of the complimentary all day bus pass allowing you to further explore the island on island’s scheduled bus service. Return to by ferry at your own leisure.
