Day 1 Arrive Buenos Aires

Upon arrival at airport in Argentina, you will be warmly met by a representative, who will provide assistance and transfer to your accommodation to check-in.

Day 2 Buenos Aires

Activities:

  • In the morning enjoy of a Half Day City Tour (private service). We will discover the magic of Buenos Aires in a city tour in which you will visit the outstanding building of the National Congress, the ancient Council, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Capitol (better known as “Pink House”). The buildings that surround the “Mayo Square” consist of the above mentioned spots.
  • The tour also includes the magnificent areas of Recoleta and Palermo, with their beautiful parks and buildings, the Colon theatre, one of the five most important Opera theatres of the world and many other buildings and palaces of architectural, historical and cultural value.
  • We will visit San Telmo area, one of the most antique districts of the city, as well as the Boca district, with its “caminito”- a picturesque pedestrian street, where you will find its colourful metal sheet tenements.
  • Finally, the tour will lead us to the recently recycled district of Puerto Madero, old area of the Buenos Aires port.
  • The tour also will include a visit to the Recoleta’s Cemetery.
  • Return to the hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3 Buenos Aires

Activities:

  • Enjoy the morning and afternoon at leisure.
  • In the late afternoon get prepared for a Dinner and Tango Show with Wine Tasting included, regular service, standard location. Several well known musical centres of the city offer the chance of enjoying all the magic and charm of Tango, star of the night, while delighting an excellent gastronomy of international level. The show goes through the history of the tango and life at the beginning of last century, with different dance couples and famous singers of tango.
  • Before the dinner take place we will enjoy of a delicious wine tasting at their Cava. La Ventana, Barrio de Tango. In the very heart of San Telmo, this historic restored tenement (known as conventillo) is a classic example of the culture of the old city of Buenos Aires. The premises of La Ventana takes a trip to these old times. The interior, which preserves the building in its purest style, creates the ideal setting for a unique experience which includes 32 performers, two tango orchestras, an Argentine folk music group, dancers and singers. Besides, there is a menu consisting of national and international cuisine and an exquisite selection of Argentine wines.
  • Return to the hotel by midnight.

Day 4 Buenos Aires - Mendoza

Activities:

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out. At the according time private transfer to the domestic airport AEP to take your flight to Mendoza. Arrival at the MDZ airport proceed with transfer to the hotel.
  • Enjoy the day at leisure to explore the city, recommend to walk around the main square called 09th July with its beautiful fountain, you may also visit San Martin Park which is one of the biggest parks in Argentina (not included in the final rate).

Day 5 Mendoza

Activities:

  • Today enjoy of a Full Day Wine Experience tour to Lujan de Cuyo and Center area (regular service). Enjoy be guided by expert guide who will accompany us throughout the tour tasting wine and visiting vineyards.
  • We will depart to Mendoza’s agricultural central oasis and visit three prestigious wineries.
  • We will visit its facilities and be able to participate in a guided wine tasting, during which we will begin to familiarize ourselves with the local wines, and its elaboration process.
  • At noon we will have lunch in one of them, where we will enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience, practicing all the tasting techniques.

Day 6 Mendoza - Santiago

Activities:

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out. At the according time private transfer to the bus station to take the regular SIB bus to Santiago de Chile.
  • Arrival at the bus station in Santiago de Chile, proceed with private transfer to the hotel.

Day 7 Santiago

Activities:

  • Private half day city tour of Santiago. In Santiago de Chile, the best features of a vibrant, modern metropolis are paired with the old-world charm of a former colonial capital, and this private tour will introduce you to both sides of the city.
  • You will begin with a visit to the presidential palace, named La Moneda because the splendid building once housed the national mint. Many other sights in the historic centre are clustered around the always-bustling Plaza de Armas: the impressive cathedral; the beautiful old post office; the Palacio de la Real Audiencia, now home to the National History Museum; and the Casa Colonial, once the Spanish governor’s residence. Leaving the centre, you’ll travel west toward the soaring Andes, past the Cerro San Cristóbal, an outpost of the mountains which towers over the city with a great white statue of the Virgin Mary crowning its summit.
  • Your tour will conclude with a visit to the fashionable business districts of Providencia and Las Condes, with their broad boulevards lined with modern high-rises, and shady side-streets flanked by fine restaurants and trendy boutiques. This half-day excursion forms the perfect initiation to the charms of one of South America’s most exciting cities.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • In the afternoon enjoy of a Half Day Wine tour to Santa Rita Vineyard (Maipo Valley), private transfers, regular vineyard visit. Over the past decade Santa Rita’s viticulturists have adopted a number of practices to enhance site and varietal character including: sustainable agriculture, better clone material, improved trellising and irrigation techniques, balanced vine viticulture, restricted yields, leaf and canopy management, later harvesting, individual block farming, and small-lot vinification. Vina Santa Rita’s vast experience, in conjunction with the latest technology, is reflected in the making of high quality wines that have earned major awards and distinctions in Chile and abroad over the course of its 120 years of history.
  • Return to the hotel.
